Welcome to the website for the Piedmont Appalachian College of Commissioner Science (PACCS).

We had a great time at PACCS 2026!  We had 30 Commissioners in attendance, and 1 was presented with their Doctoral Degrees. It was held at the beautiful Western Carolina University in Cullowhee, NC

 Programs offered each year are Bachelor’s and Master’s in Unit Service, Candidate, Doctorate, and Continuing Education.
